Terms and Conditions of the bursary.

All applicants must be UK residents.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judges decision.

All entries must be received by 12pm Monday 23rd May. Any entries received after that time will not be accepted. Please bear in mind that there are bank holiday weekends over the period of admission that may slow down postal entries.

Each applicant must submit a minimum of 3 images of their own work that supports their application.

Prints will be accepted but should be no bigger than 16″x11″ and should be labelled with applicants name and contact details including email. All applicants are responsible for collection of their prints, or including a postage pre-paid envelope for return. All prints are sent at applicants own risk.

All digital files should be a maximum of 1,500px at longest edge and should be titled with applicants name.

The award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for goods or services, all studio equipment must remain on site.

Lighting hire is available on equipment currently hired out and owned by Garage Studios, and camera hire is not included.

Each studio hire is deemed as one 8 hour day- dates tbc with photographer.

All images will be used for promotional purposes only and rights will remain with the photographer. All three partners will promote the work,exhibition and launch and will require access to files or prints for promotional purposes.

Details of Prints for sale will be decided by the Photographer before the exhibition launch.

The terms of the bursary are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for goods or cash value.

All applicants must pay the administration fee of £10 for their entry- entries submitted without payment will not be accepted.

All goods and services offered by all three partners are for the explicit intent of appearing in or working towards the final exhibition.

The exhibition dates may be changed if agreed by all 3 partners and the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will be responsible for hanging, installing their work at the exhibition venue, but all three partners will assist if possible and try and put the photographer in touch with potential third party sponsors.

The proposed site of the exhibition is Garage Studios Vine St, this may be changed if agreed by all 3 partners and the the applicant.
